Hello World. Hey Everybody and welcome to my world. I am a frugal guy and a Real Estate Investor located in San Antonio, TX.
I live here, I play here and this is where I invest. I have thought about investing in other places, and I am sure that one day I will, but for now just San Antonio. As of this writing I am 48 years young, married, and I am enjoying life more than ever because of real estate.

I have had several jobs in my life, but I never really liked working for anyone. I guess I just don’t like anyone telling me what to do, except my lovely wife Gloria. She can tell me what to do because I know 100% that what she tells me is in OUR best interest, even if it means buying a new pair of $100 heels (its in my best interest because I have to put up with her shit if she doesn’t get them, lol).
Over the next few weeks, months and years I will give lots of information about real estate investing and also about living more of a frugal life. Some things will be things that I have done, some that I want to do and some things that I have heard others have done. I like to share what I have done over the years and also what I am doing in case you are going through the same thing. I believe that we should all be able to get help from each other when we need a little boost. If you ever have questions, please ask in the comments or email me directly.
I am kinda frugal, some people say cheap, even though there is a difference. I am frugal so that I can live on less and still enjoy my life without a boss. I still get to travel some, get newer cars, etc., but I find that I get used to living with what I have and not being the stupid consumer of more and more and more. Also, when you dont spend all your money on junk, you can buy real estate which makes you money. This is my retirement.
